惠普 PC 的開機問題

最近舊筆電 ferrari one 壽終正寢， 就先龜在 CCNS 用一台 hp 的桌機。 但那台 hp 開機會出現 bios error， 然後要進 setup 裡回複預設設定才能開機。 最後解決了。

問題

一開機顯示的訊息：

2048 MB

2211-Memory not configured correctly for proper MEBx execution.
    Make sure there is a memory module in the black DIMM socket

163-Time & Date Not Set
    The system time is invalid. This may be a result of a loss in battery
    power. Set the correct time and date using your operation system. In
    this message persists. you may need to replace the onboard battery.

initializing Intel(R) Boot Agent GE v1.3.24
PXE 2.1 Build 086 (WfM 2.0)

然後跳選單要你選：

• F1 正常開機
• F9 選開機裝置
• F10 進設定

嘗試直接按 F1 開機會顯示此訊息， 然後只能重開。

2233-HECI error during MEBx execution]
    MEBX Status = 0302
    ME BIOS Extension module halted.
    Update BIOS or ME firmware if problem persists

2286-End Of POST HECI Failure
    System halted. Power cycle the system to reboot

得要選 F10，還原成預設設定才行。

解決

我本來以為是主機板電池沒電， 本來要在老邱買了，只是型號太多， 不知道是哪一種無法買。

回社辦用其它台壞的 PC 的電池換上去， 發現一樣，就暫且不管他。 反正只要每次開機都選 F10 重設 bios 就還能開機。

後來打這篇文章，要把訊息照起來， 仔細看才發現一開始的訊息好像有提到原因。 之前清 hp 時看到，她有 4 個 ram 插槽， 其中一個是黑色的，DC 也不知道原因。

我本來是二條 ram 都插白的，另外一白一黑是空的。 就把二個 ram 改插到一白一黑那二個， 開機就沒有錯誤訊息了！ 就直接開機了！
